Cherie Fishbaugh, Director of Autism Services Cherie Fishbaugh is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her M.A.
In special education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ohio State University in 2005. Cherie has worked with individuals from the age of 18 months to adulthood. Her experience includes working as a Case Supervisor at the Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH, serving as an Education Consultant for the May Institute, Mid-Atlantic region, and assisting with program and clinic development for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Autism Resource Center (SPARC). In 2016, Cherie joined West Chester University as the Director of Autism Services and developed Dub-C Autism Program (D-CAP). Cherie's clinical and research expertise are in the areas of behavior analysis, autism spectrum disorders, behavior management, social skills training, and positive behavior supports. Alex Deliso, Graduate Assistant A lex Deliso is a second-year graduate student in the Higher Education Policy/Student Affairs program at West Chester University.

In elementary school, he was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome and in 2016 he graduated from West Chester University with a B.A. In English and a minor in Professional Education. He enjoys working with students, cares deeply about their wellbeing, and hopes to inspire them to reach and then exceed their own personal goals in his current and future positions on college campuses. In his free time, he likes to write stories, play the piano, and hang out with his friends. Sabrina Glass, Graduate Assistant Sabrina is a first-year graduate student in the Higher Education Policy and Student Affairs program at West Chester University. They graduated from West Chester University in 2018 with a B.A.
In Women’s and Gender Studies and a minor in Health Science. Sabrina was interested in working at DCAP due to taking several classes in disability studies in their undergraduate program. Sabrina has a short-term goal to work in residence life, diversity and inclusion, or services for students with disabilities once they complete their master’s program and a long-term goal of earning their PhD and eventually teaching Human Sexuality Studies.
Riya Raju, Graduate Assistant Riya is a first year graduate student in the Social Work program at West Chester University. Her undergraduate degree is a B.S in Public Health. During her undergraduate years, she worked as a Vice President for the Nation Society of Leadership and Success. After undergrad, Riya worked as a Case Manager at the Department of Homeless Services in New York. In 2017, she moved to PA to work as an ABA counselor at Melmark School with students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and genetic diagnoses.
As an ABA counselor, she was able to encourage intellectual, emotional and social growth in students using applied behavior analytic treatment. Currently Riya works as a Case Manager at Pennsylvania MENTOR, a Behavior Health Rehabilitation Service. In addition to being a GA at DCAP and for the Social Work department, she works at the WCU Resource Pantry as a Grad Student Intern. She is passionate about making a difference in the community and to have an impact on people’s lives. Kevin Scheier, Graduate Assistant Kevin Scheier is a second year graduate student in the Speech-Language Pathology program at West Chester University. He graduated from WCU in May 2017 with a B.A. In Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Kevin gained a deeper understanding of autism spectrum disorder while working one-on-one as a social coach for a student on and off campus, a position through which he continues to learn. Kevin has a passion for people and service, and loves getting the most out of everyday. Stacy Shilling, Graduate Assistant Clara Valovage, Graduate Assistant Clara Valovage is a graduate student in the Speech-Language Pathology program at West Chester University (WCU). In 2016, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Music minor from WCU.
During college, she gained experience in the human services field through employment, volunteer work, and the WCU Speech and Hearing Clinic where she worked with children and adults with speech and hearing impairments, intellectual disability, behavioral challenges, and autism. She currently provides behavioral and independent living support to adolescents and adults with autism.
Clara is passionate about serving others and learning how to best support people with diverse challenges.
